Part Time Showroom Sales Consultant - Methuen, MA
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales for the showroom by assisting customers in the selection, demonstration and ordering of
product from the bath center. Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, follow through and a high level of customer service are critical to this position. Experience preferred.
Receptionist - Methuen, MA
The receptionist is often the first person the customer sees or talks to in the showroom. You have an opportunity to create a strong, professional impression on every
potential customer. Your role is to welcome customers to the showroom and direct them to the person who can best meet their needs.
Additional duties include:
- Answer incoming calls from the multi-line switchboard, transfer calls, take messages as needed
- Assist all customers with basic showroom information, maintain customer appointment scheduling
- Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
