About F.W. Webb Product Codes
As you use WebbConnect, you will notice that the F.W. Webb Company uses three-letter alpha codes to represent the various
manufacturers' lines we carry. Each manufacturer has a distinct alpha code associated with it.
For the most part our product codes consist of the three-letter alpha code followed by either the manufacturer's part/model number or a description of the particular product:
RID31005 = Ridgid 8" Pipe Wrench
- RID is the F.W. Webb alpha code for the Ridge Tool Company and 31005 is the Ridgid part number
OR
COP3490 = ¾" Copper 90° Elbow
- COP is the F.W. Webb alpha code for Copper Fittings and the description is self-explanatory
