Moen Commercial's line of M-Power sensor-operated products provide heavy-use facilities efficient and hygienic solutions to maintain sanitary environments and reduce maintenance. This AC-powered closet toilet flush valve allows convenient and sanitary hands-free operation. Features an exposed design with a brass angle stop valve, cast brass construction with a chrome electroplated finish, chloramine-resistant seals, a vandal-resistant angle stop and double O-ring connections, and a sensor-activated electronic flush mechanism with manual override.

The infrared sensor has an adjustable range of 17" to 36". The flushometer also features an optional 24-hour Sentinel Flush (factory setting is off). Compatible with the 104630 transformer which powers up to eight flush valves. Designed for used with 1-1/2" top spud floor-mounted or wall-mounted flushometer toilets. Measures 11-1/2" high. Comes with a manufacturer's 5-year limited warranty.
