Order Status and Updates

  • Checking Order Status: Track your order by entering your order number and email address here. Another option is to call your local branch.
  • Proof that Order was Delivered or Picked Up:
    • Customers with Customer Account Numbers and Sign in
      • Invoices ( located under Invoices ) have a link with:
        • Delivery - link to picture of what was delivered ( if taken ) and signature
        • Pick Up - link to signature taken at the store

Placing an Order

  • How to Place an Order: Follow our step-by-step guide to easily place your order.
    • Guest Orders
      • Once all desired products are in the Cart.
      • Click “Checkout”.
      • Fill out Contact and Shipping Information.
      • Click “Calculate Shipping” for the best shipping options for your order.
      • Choose the Shipping, click “Continue”.
      • Fill out Credit Card information.
      • Submit order.
    • On Account Orders (with terms)
      • Add products to the Cart.
      • In the Cart, add in Job Name or PO# (if desired or if required).
      • Choose the location you wish to place your order at (if desired).
      • Click “Checkout”.
      • Enter in your Initials.
      • Enter Release Number (if desired or if required).
      • Choose Payment.
        • Will default to On Account
        • Can also choose Credit Card payment for individual order
      • Select Required Date of Pick up or delivery.
      • Select Delivery, Pick Up, or Will Call.
        • Pick Up = Same day
        • Will Call = Later Date
      • Enter in any Special Instructions or Notes to go along with order.
      • If Delivery (Choose 1 of 3 options)
        • Default Shipping Address
        • Saved Shipping Addresses (Contact your Branch to update)
        • New Address
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods.

Shipping and Delivery

This policy only applies to transactions completed as a guest during checkout. If you have a business account with F.W. Webb, please contact your local branch for account specific information regarding Shipping, Returns & Refunds.

  • Shipping Options and Rates: Estimated delivery times range from 5-7 business days for ground shipping to 2-3 business days for express shipping.
    • Tracking Orders: Use your tracking number to check your order status here.
    • Shipping Restrictions: For help with Post Office Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and orders outside the United States, we ask that you call us at 888-833-8277 or email us at [email protected].

Modifying or Canceling Orders

  • Making Changes to an Order: Contact the store you order was placed at within 24 hours to modify your order details. This information will be in the email notification you received when placing the order.

Returns and Refunds for Guest Customers

  • Return Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in original condition.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our guest customer service team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Issues with Orders

  • Missing or Incorrect Items: Please contact our guest or customer support team immediately if your order arrives with missing or incorrect items.
