Webb Company, Jeff Pope leads the largest wholesale supplier of plumbing, heating, HVAC, LP gas, refrigeration, cooling, pipe, valves and fittings and industrial products in the Northeast. He oversees and monitors all aspects of the F.W. Webb enterprise to ensure the company continually fulfills its mission as a one-stop partner to the commercial and residential trade industries as well as to industrial and institutional building and property professionals. Like his father, John Pope (1931 - 2018), Jeff is a Dartmouth College alumnus who also began his career at F.W. Webb in sales. As the company continues its expansion into new markets and territories, Jeff strives to ensure every customer's experience with F.W. Webb is a positive one. Motivating employees to continually give their best and creating ongoing value for the company's stakeholders are also among his top areas of focus. Jeff is a past president of the American Supply Association (ASA).
As Chief Operating Officer of the F.W. Webb Company, Bob Mucciarone spearheads strategies and directs programs and efforts to propel the F.W. Webb Company forward. With a critical eye on all areas of the business, Bob is charged with building upon the company's stellar reputation for best-in-class products and services, personalized customer attention and high levels of expertise. He proactively seeks opportunities to stimulate growth organically and through acquisition and continually approves the hiring of best-in-class industry professionals with deep knowledge in their specific market areas. A 30+ year veteran of F.W. Webb and a Boston College graduate, Bob most recently served as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Ruth Martin has been in charge of Human Resources (HR) at the F.W. Webb Company for almost two decades. Over this time frame, she has been a vital member of the executive team involved in the company's steady expansion, which saw the number of employees nearly double and the addition of 20 locations. During the challenge of integrating new employees from freshly acquired companies, Ruth is in charge of structuring offers, onboarding and training. She currently has HR responsibilities for more than 3,200 employees in 100+ F.W. Webb locations in nine states. Her areas of focus include recruiting, staffing, benefits, payroll, compensation, workers' compensation, safety, training, employee development, succession planning, and employee relations. She also stays abreast of all federal and state employment laws to ensure adherence. Ruth was previously employed for 17 years by SUPERVALU, a national wholesale food distributor and retailer, where she rose through the ranks to become the Vice President of HR for the New England region. A graduate of Boston College, Ruth holds a BA in Human Development.
Customer service is Mike Michaud's primary focus as the head of the Information Technology (IT) Department at F.W. Webb. A 25-year veteran of the company, Mike is responsible for leading technology strategy and managing overall IT operations and technology infrastructure. He develops and oversees his team's implementation of his IT vision for the company, which encompasses collaboration with internal business partners to create digital solutions for the benefit of both internal and external customer service. He also serves as a key member of the executive team responsible for formulating the company's overall strategic goals. Prior to joining F.W. Webb, Mike worked for 10 years in IT sales and support for wholesale distribution and manufacturing companies. Coincidentally, he was employed by the company that sold F.W. Webb its first computer system in the 1970s.
Brendan Monaghan wears many hats as the Senior Vice President of Operations at F.W. Webb. Brendan has spent more than 20 years implementing best industry standards and practices across the company's operations, including inventory management and distribution. Ensuring every customer receives exemplary service and the products he or she needs on time drives all his efforts. Brendan initiated and oversees a comprehensive management training program that has successfully attracted and placed managers across the company. Known as CIP, the program exposes trainees to every aspect of the business, from warehouse operations to sales to the customer's perspective. Teamwork is emphasized, with trainees working together on company-wide procedural and operational audits, for instance. Brendan's work grooms CIP trainees for positions as store managers, operations managers and general managers – providing continuity of leadership for F.W. Webb,. Brendan also oversees the company's Central Distribution operations, is responsible for the pricing matrix and serves as an invaluable point man during all phases of acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Suffolk University.
With more than 25 years of experience at F.W. Webb, Jeff works to evaluate the industry's best manufacturers and products on behalf of F.W. Webb customers. Choosing selectively and negotiating judiciously gives customers ready access to superior-quality products at competitive pricing. While attending UMASS Lowell part-time in 1989, Jeff started with F.W. Webb as an Inside Sales trainee in the former Burlington, MA headquarters. He was tapped for the company's management training program and became the Operations Manager of the Lowell, MA location in 1997. Three years later, Jeff became involved in the Mechanical Sales business, where he was responsible for inventory and purchasing. He became General Manager of Methuen in 2010 and was promoted to VP of Purchasing in 2016
Michael DelConte oversees sales of hydronic and radiant heating systems for F.W. Webb residential and commercial contractor customers. He also develops plans to support the growth of the company's gas division discipline. With nearly 25 years of experience in the heating industry, Mike's expertise covers all types of heating systems, equipment and accessories to ensure the proper system for each customer application. He also has extensive experience helping propane dealers grow and oil dealers expand their business into propane. Mike ensures that hydronic, steam, radiant and propane product offerings within the F.W. Webb portfolio come from key industry vendors and feature the latest technology. Additional products in his purview encompass the company's PurePro® indirect water heater line and TRIO® and Advantage® boiler lines. An active member of the heating and propane community, Mike is affiliated with the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC), Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP), Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE), National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA), National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), New York Propane Gas Association (NYPGA) and New Jersey Propane Gas Association (NJPGA). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the UMASS Amherst Isenberg School of Management and an MBA from UMASS Boston.
As Vice President of Marketing, Marcie Lascher oversees all aspects of brand, marketing and communications for F.W. Webb's $2B+ wholesale distribution business and more than 45 Frank Webb Home retail showrooms.
Marcie has over 25 years of experience driving growth, market share and category leadership for emerging and established companies in various industries through forward-thinking strategies that deliver measurable impact and bottom-line results. A Massachusetts native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Boston University.
Jen Corkery has served as F.W. Webb's Controller for the past ten years. She has been a key component in the company's Accounting Department for two decades, initially working as a Staff Accountant before being promoted to Accounting Manager. In her current role, Jen leads a team of accounting and finance professionals who consistently maintain and improve internal control procedures and operational accounting efficiencies.
Jen's vast responsibilities include preparing and analyzing accurate and timely financial statements. She also ensures the company complies with accounting principles, relevant regulations and internal policies. Additionally, Jen develops annual budgets, oversees financial audits, provides financial analysis and assists in forecasting future financial outcomes. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
Rory Budds serves as the Director of the F.W. Webb Water Works division, which provides utility piping products and accessories for water distribution, sewer lines, drainage systems, pumping stations and treatment plants. Leveraging his extensive industry experience and strong leadership skills, Rory oversees the division's growth across the Northeast. This entails positioning F.W. Webb as the distributor of choice within the Water Works market and staying on top of the latest technology advancements in the industry. Rory splits his time between the office and traveling on the road to meet with customers, vendor representatives and manufacturers. Joining F.W. Webb Company in 2018, he brings with him a solid foundation in the Water Works business that started with store and field experience through a manager training program and expanded to managerial and business development responsibilities. Rory serves on the board of the Water & Sewer Distributors of America (WASDA) and is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
Chuck Fiorino, F.W. Webb Director of Business Development, maintains an active travel schedule as he stays focused on exceeding customer requirements, discovering new product offerings, stimulating opportunities and securing new business. His work takes him to every corner of the Northeast and encompasses all F.W. Webb products and services across the company's 16 areas of expertise. Chuck works closely with the company's general managers, product managers and the sales organization, united around the common goal of satisfying customers with the best products, training, service and solutions. He regularly attends industry events and maintains close collaborative relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Along with business development, Chuck is responsible for commercial refrigeration products and sales to supermarkets, box store chains, food processors, local grocers and similar commercial, institutional and industrial customers. Chuck has more than 25 years of industry experience, has been with F.W. Webb since 2002 and is a past president of the Boston Chapter of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society).
Focused on the commercial and applied HVAC/R market, Jason Halmen is responsible for the growth of project sales in this area. Products and services under his purview include heating, air conditioning, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems and commercial refrigeration. He and his team are dedicated to providing custom solutions and troubleshooting challenges for the HVAC/R contractor. With nearly 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jason has had the opportunity to work cross-functionally with architects, specifying engineers, building owners and mechanical contractors. This valuable experience has allowed him to hone in on his skills of applying the right HVAC solution to an application, while balancing different objectives from multiple stakeholders. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Buoyed by a solid combination of industry and military experience, F.W. Webb Director of Industrial Sales Mike Leander is a road warrior for customers in manufacturing, power and energy and high purity process—along with medical, research, educational and government institutions. His primary responsibilities are to develop programs to bring value-added products, services and expertise to mechanical contractors, purchasing agents, facility managers, process engineers and others in industrial, institutional, commercial and government/municipal settings. On behalf of customers, Mike coalesces the full gamut of F.W. Webb products, services, solutions and expertise—including PVF, Process Controls and High Purity Process Components. A decorated Army veteran who served in Macedonia and Afghanistan, Mike joined F.W. Webb in 2011 as an account manager. He is an Executive Council Member of the American Supply Association Industrial Piping Division (ASA IPD) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University.
Brendan Lilly leads the eCommerce & Digital Department at F.W. Webb where he is responsible for the company's eCommerce, Data Governance, and Web Development teams. He enjoys blending his background in technology and business to lead cross-functional technology initiatives that deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prior to joining F. W. Webb, Brendan was Director of eBusiness for a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway and served as Chief Technology Officer for a venture-backed, global B2B eCommerce company. After starting off his career in digital communications strategy, Brendan served in leadership roles for digital marketing firms serving businesses, non-profits and elected officials. Brendan is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.
As F.W. Webb's Director of Showroom Sales, Mary Kate Lucas oversees the branding direction and strategy of Frank Webb Home. Her duties include implementing new physical displays and build-outs, executing showroom remodels and tracking current industry sales trends. She also confirms showrooms stock the most effective products and employ streamlined processes to maximize sales and operational efficiencies.Mary Kate has almost 15 years of experience in numerous industries, including luxury plumbing, architectural consulting and industrial design. A University of Kansas graduate, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, minored in Business Administration and obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. She is also an Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect.
As the Director of Refrigeration Sales, Sean Mannion works closely with F.W. Webb's General Managers and Sales Representatives to grow sales and increase market share. He also focuses on aligning the company with industry-leading equipment and parts manufacturers.
Sean's career in refrigeration began more than three decades ago when he earned a diploma in Refrigeration and HVAC Service from Greater Lawrence Technical School. His experiences — sales and service — in the Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration industries include supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, food processing plants and frozen food storage facilities. His greatest strengths are customer service and providing exceptional technical support. Sean joined F.W. Webb in 2013, working Inside and Outside Sales and serving as the Sales Manager before being promoted to Director.
Kristin McGann has extensive experience in Product Management since joining Webb five years ago, including plumbing, showroom and the company’s private brands. In addition to her nine years in the PHCP-PVF industry, she previously worked eight years in the Product Space, specifically Product Management and New Product Development. Throughout her career, Kristin has honed her analytical aptitude and communication skills while developing a commitment to customer-focused results.
As Director of Procurement, Kristin focuses on vendor selection and relationships. She works closely within the company to ensure sound strategic decisions with vendor partners. Kristin, a proud Stonehill College Alum, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing.
With solid sales leadership, management experience and HVAC technical acumen, Art Osborn oversees the residential and light commercial HVAC market for F.W. Webb. He develops programs and plans to support contractors that install heating, air conditioning and mini splits into homes, condos and apartments, as well as restaurants, strip malls, small-scale office buildings, etc. Art has over 20 years of HVAC experience that spans within the wholesale distribution industry and working with global manufacturing brands. He has led sales teams, coordinated with engineering consultants, supported job design, negotiated contracts and managed HVAC projects across large territories – all with the goal of satisfying the customer, growing market share and moving the company forward. No matter the project, he excels at bridging the gap between vendors and customers and is committed to making sure contractors have the supplies and trainings they need. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Nick is a skilled leader who brings with him extensive technical knowledge, a commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills. As Director of Plumbing, he oversees sales of plumbing products for F.W. Webb. He works closely with our Sales Representatives to ensure customers have the support they need and meets with vendors and customers to discuss the latest industry trends and innovations. In addition, he provides strategic overview for plumbing promotions, customer events and product trainings. Prior to F.W. Webb, he spent the bulk of his career as a manufacturers' rep for a leading company in the industry. In this role, he was involved with every level of the business partnering with wholesale distributors, showrooms, contractors, builders and specifiers. Always eager to go above and beyond, he visited jobs sites, diagnosed and solved product issues and administered trainings. Nick has unwavering enthusiasm for the trade and is an active member of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC).
