F.W. Webb Continues Expansion into New Jersey

Fourth Location Opens with Acquisition of Lincoln Supply

Bedford, MA

Marking its 150th anniversary this year, the F.W. Webb Company, the largest distributor of its kind in the Northeast, has opened a fourth location in New Jersey. With the acquisition of Lincoln Supply in Trenton, F.W. Webb is now serving customers in Bucks County, NJ and eastern Pennsylvania, including the greater Philly area.

With a complete line of industrial PVF and supporting products and services, the new F.W. Webb location in Trenton will remain a one-stop wholesale resource for the area's industrial and institutional professionals and commercial and mechanical contractors. Staffed with retained Lincoln Supply associates and current F.W. Webb employees, the Trenton location will continue offering counter service, pipe fabrication and assistance with the government procurement process.

"F.W. Webb has received a warm welcome in New Jersey, starting in 2013 when we acquired Bergen Industrial in Elmwood Park," said F.W. Webb President Jeff Pope. "Our continued expansion into the state presents exciting opportunities to meet customer needs, retain and hire local employees and invest in new communities."

"Like Lincoln Supply, F.W. Webb is a third-generation, family-owned business with a long history as a distributor of quality products and services for industrial and commercial customers, "said Larry Thiel, president of Lincoln Supply. "My family and I have total confidence in F.W. Webb's ability to serve our customers with the same commitment to quality and service upon which Lincoln Supply build its nearly 85-year reputation."

Situated at 92 Lincoln Ave., the Trenton facility is F.W. Webb's fourth in New Jersey. The Elmwood Park location is also an industrial products wholesaler. F.W. Webb's two other NJ locations, in North Brunswick and Pleasantville, serve residential and commercial contractors; these two locations were acquired one year ago through the purchase of Grant Supply. In addition to wholesale sales and service, both North Brunswick and Pleasantville feature a Frank Webb’s Bath Center showroom for local residents and contractors.

F.W. Webb is rebranding all its New Jersey locations (Lincoln Supply, Bergen and Grant Supply) as F.W. Webb locations.

At its very beginning, the Massachusetts-headquartered F.W. Webb Co. had a connection to New Jersey. The company traces its roots to Stults & Co., founded in Boston in 1866 by John Van Ness Stults, a native of East Brunswick, NJ.
