F.W. Webb Private Label Sales and Product Manager Dominick Esposito was recently profiled by Supply House Times in their "Next Gen All-Stars Top 20 Under 40" feature. The article highlights those making a difference in the PHCP-PVF industry.

Esposito joined F.W. Webb in 2016 as an Inside Sales Associate. He earned promotions to Outside Sales and then Plumbing Product Manager within two years.
“Dominick is a knowledgeable professional whose enthusiasm for his work is contagious,” said F.W. Webb’s Director of Plumbing Sales Nick Snell. “His extensive experience in the industry makes him a great resource and valued member of our team.”
Esposito began his plumbing career over 20 years ago while he was still in high school. His first job involved delivering supplies to job sites or the shop, fueling fleet vehicles and stocking them with supplies. He would even wash and wax the entire fleet. Most days, Esposito worked until 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. before heading home for a few hours of sleep until it was time for school.

He graduated high school as a Licensed Plumbing Apprentice. By age 19, Esposito earned his Journeyman Plumber License. A decade later, he attained his Master Plumber License.
Numerous factors attracted Esposito to the PHCP-PVF industry, but mostly, it was the creativity of designing new and replacement systems and bringing them to life. “I’ve always excelled at fixing things,” said Esposito. “That, coupled with a strong work ethic I developed during my teenage years, drew me to the PHCP-PVF field.”
Esposito’s plumbing background allows him to give back to the community. He serves as a plumbing department advisor for three technical high schools.
Each day at F.W. Webb affords Esposito new opportunities to help customers and meet people from various backgrounds related to the PHCP-PVF industry. “My career path has allowed me the opportunities and experiences to shine in this role,” said Esposito. “I genuinely enjoy helping my customers solve their challenges.”
