F.W. Webb's Laura Bassett Honored by Supply House Times

Energy Program Manager Laura Bassett is featured by Supply House Times as one of the 10 Influential PHCP-PVF women who are “leading the industry to great success.”

She receives the distinction in a profile that commemorates Women's History Month.

“I'm thrilled to be recognized by Supply House Times along with such great representatives for our industry,” says Bassett. “I appreciate the honor and thank them for including me in such an important feature that highlights the significant achievements by women who exemplify the crucial impact that women are having on the PHCP-PVF industry.”

In the profile, Bassett notes that “the number of women joining the industry continues to grow.”

“The PHCP-PVF industry provides tremendous career potential,” she tells Supply House Times. “We need to emphasize the abundance of incredible career paths offered by this growing field.”

Bassett started her F.W. Webb career in 2014. Beginning in Outside Sales, she later ascended into a Dealer Development Manager role, which allowed her to bolster brand loyalty and support contractors as they built their businesses.

“The opportunity to work with dealers gave me great insight into the issues surrounding government rebates for HVAC,” she tells the publication. After gaining a keen understanding of rebates, Bassett rose into her current role as Energy Program Manager. She now oversees product rebates across the F.W. Webb business footprint.
