With the set constructed, crew in place, and cameras ready to roll, our team faced one more challenge: we needed a broken water main on demand. Thankfully, the backhoe used to create the set was nearby. It solved the problem within seconds.

This moment was one of many during production of Webb’s new TV commercials that demonstrated what makes Webb a trusted resource—our collaborative approach, situational agility, and ingenuity.

While watching the game or your favorite show recently, you may have spotted our new ads. They debuted last month, all showcasing how we help you when you need us most. Two commercials focus on scenarios many of you face regularly—water heater replacements:

and broken water mains:

The third gives a glimpse into our in-store experience:

To bring these concepts to life, each story, location, and frame received painstaking attention. We held calls and meetings with our in-house experts and drew and redrew storyboards. Nick Snell, our Director of Plumbing Sales, and Rory Budds, Director of Water Works, were among those who lent their insights to ensure authentic results.

After finalizing the concepts, we began months of planning and logistical coordination with our production partners at The Fantastical. From there, creating the scenes involved extensive work—we flooded a basement and installed pipe and valves inside a simulated job site. The filming itself required substantial time on location, and shoots sometimes stretched into the early morning hours.

As they say, hard work pays off. We're thrilled with the results. Most importantly, we're proud to share just some of the ways we help you—and proud of the people who made these commercials happen.

Of course, with F.W. Webb, it always starts with our people. Thank you to the many who brought these stories to life, especially our teams in Bridgewater, MA; Malden, MA (including the Water Works Division); and our Central Distribution facility.
