Bedford, MA—More than 2,000 trade professionals attended F.W. Webb’s three trade shows in 2025, marking a substantial attendance increase compared to 2024. As new products enter the market and regulations change rapidly, the shows connected our manufacturer partners and in-house experts with trade professionals seeking the latest tools, technologies, and solutions.
“With high-quality products, expert guidance, and valuable industry connections, these events epitomized our We’ve Got It philosophy,” said Kristin McGann, Director of Procurement at F.W. Webb. “Our team is pleased that so many professionals discovered the range of solutions we offer. We look forward to building on the connections made at these events and welcoming all attendees to our stores and future shows.”
Crucial industry resources and a welcoming environment attracted a record-setting crowd to F.W. Webb’s annual New Hampshire Trade Show, which took place September 4 at McIntyre Ski Area in Manchester, NH, with attendance surging 40% over the previous year.
“In everything we do, we place the utmost importance on delivering the best possible customer experience, and this unique event was no different,” said James Covey, General Manager of F.W. Webb’s Manchester operations. “We organized this show to equip busy trade professionals with the products, knowledge, and connections they need to successfully manage the skilled labor shortage, technological change, and other issues facing our industry.”
The inviting ski resort setting improved upon the traditional trade show experience by offering entertainment and attractions, including chairlift rides, axe throwing, golf games, Rheem VR training, and raffles.
More than 120 leading manufacturers and prizes—including a Philadelphia Eagles experience—headlined F.W. Webb’s annual Pennsylvania Trade Show. Hundreds gathered for the event on September 18 at the Wind Creek Bethlehem casino and resort in Bethlehem, PA.
“This show has received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and we’ve already held discussions on how we’ll incorporate customer input into plans for next year’s show,” said Jim Madgwick, General Manager of F.W. Webb’s Allentown operations. “We know that trade professionals are busy and always seeking ways to enhance their craft, so we’re happy to provide experiences that go the extra mile for learning, enjoyment, and networking.”
To kick off heating season, the event highlighted Webb’s annual heating catalog, demonstrating the range of hydronics supplies available, from boiler boards and commercial gas boilers to circulators and expansion tanks.
The Eagles experience prize, a result of Webb’s expanded corporate sponsorship with the Super Bowl champions, featured club-level seats, on-field passes, and hotel accommodations.
Attendance grew by 50% year over year for F.W. Webb’s New Jersey Trade Show on October 16 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Hundreds of contractors, technicians, facility operators, and other professionals browsed the latest tools, systems, components, and accessories from more than 100 manufacturers.
“Following the success of our inaugural show last year, we organized this event to deliver even more value to skilled tradespeople,” said Mike Kennedy, General Manager of F.W. Webb’s Egg Harbor Township, NJ, operations. “By demonstrating the comprehensive solutions we deliver as a full-service wholesaler, we wanted New Jersey trade professionals to know they can depend on us, regardless of their project scope or day-to-day needs.”
“We value our role in connecting trade professionals with the tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to serve and support our communities,” said McGann. “It’s rewarding to see the relationships we foster with our manufacturer partners and customers create tangible benefits that address pressing needs in the trades.”
