Bedford, MA—New product lines, valuable networking opportunities, and informative seminars drew more than 1,000 trade professionals to F.W. Webb’s 12th Annual HVAC, Refrigeration, and Controls Dealer Meeting. The one-day show brought together more than 250 F.W. Webb employees and 300 representatives from 94 vendor partners on March 4, 2026 at the Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort in Uncasville, CT.

The Dealer Meeting took on added significance as F.W. Webb celebrates its 160th anniversary in 2026. The program opened with a video presentation honoring the people who have built the wholesale distributor into one of the leading HVACR suppliers in the country.

"We are proud to be a part of this great company," said Art Osborn, Director of Residential HVAC Sales at F.W. Webb. "To honor the heritage depicted in our anniversary video, we strive to make this event bigger and better every year."

F.W. Webb's HVAC leadership team organizes the Dealer Meeting to help technicians, contractors, and other professionals prepare for spring maintenance work and the busy summer improvement season.

"We plan this event with one priority in mind: supporting HVACR professionals and their businesses," said Osborn. "Now is the time to determine what they need in their trucks this year."

The show was made possible through the support of F.W. Webb's manufacturer partners, including platinum sponsors GE Air and Water, Rheem, and Samsung. The gold sponsors were Bosch, DiversiTech, Ecoer, and Friedrich.

"In addition to our sponsors, it’s important that we highlight the work of the people who make this event possible, and the many who support our customers throughout the year," said Warren Bean, Director of Commercial HVAC Sales at F.W. Webb. "Congratulations to our Circle of Excellence honorees—Josh Nolan for HVAC and Tim Cahill for Refrigeration—who were recognized as our top HVACR sales representatives. They embody the commitment we collectively make to provide the equipment, tools, and other supplies that our customers need to scale their businesses."

Leadership Lessons from a Former Navy SEAL Commander

Keynote speaker Rorke Denver stressed the need for constant improvement and emphasized the importance of leaders who create the right culture for their teams. His message resonated as the contractors, technicians, and business owners in attendance prepared for the year’s most demanding stretch.

Breakout Presentations, Trade Show, and New Resources

Fifteen breakout presentations, each lasting 45 minutes, gave attendees direct access to timely product and industry information. Alliance Environmental Group, a F.W. Webb Company, and vendor partners Samsung, Rheem, DiversiTech, Friedrich, GE, Bosch, and Ecoer each led breakout sessions. Attendees who participated were entered into a raffle for Yeti lunchboxes—a crowd favorite for the busy contractors at the event.

Following the breakout presentations, F.W. Webb's manufacturer partners connected directly with contractors and technicians at a 100-table trade show. Attendees also learned about F.W. Webb's new mobile app, PurePro products, and Alliance Environmental solutions. The event provided immediate access to F.W. Webb's new HVACR catalog, showcasing the company's entire HVACR product selection.

"We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our customers and our manufacturer partners," said Bean. "When we gather everyone for our Dealer Meeting, it allows us to grow the relationships that form the foundation for our business and give trade professionals the opportunity to gain valuable information and make their processes more efficient."

"Technology, regulations, and product features are always changing—our goal is to deliver solutions that keep HVACR professionals ahead of the curve," said Osborn. "This event continues to grow because of the response and feedback we get from our customers, and we thank them for attending. The turnout and enthusiasm this year will drive everything we plan for next year."
