American Standard designed the Madera Right-Height floor-mount toilet system for high-use commercial applications. The toilet system features an exposed top spud bowl with an ADA-accessible 16-1/2" rim height and a manual flush valve with a lever handle.

This high-efficiency toilet uses powerful, direct-fed siphon jet action and a mere 1.28 gallons per flush. The toilet has an elongated bowl made of high-gloss vitreous china with the stain- and odor-resistant EverClean finish, a condensation channel, a 1-1/2" inlet spud, a fully-glazed 2-1/8" trapway, and a 10" x 12" water surface area. It fits a 10" or 12" rough-in. The flush valve features a self-cleaning piston with an integral wiper spring for reduced clogging, an ADA-compliant, non-hold open handle that provides automatic shut-off after each flush, and a positive seal for leak-free performance.

The flush valve also has chloramines-resistant EPDM seals and an adjustable tailpiece for rough-in flexibility, and it works for left or right-handed installation. The toilet system includes the bowl, flush valve, inlet spud, bolt caps with retainers, a 1" IPS angle stop with backflow protection and vandal-resistant cap, 1" sweat solder kit with cover tube and wall flange, and 1-1/2" high back pressure vacuum breaker, spud coupling, and flange. The toilet seat is not included and sold separately.
