Maintains a balanced pressure of hot and cold water even when a valve is turned on or off elsewhere in the system. The 7" square escutcheon features neodymium rare earth magnets to simplify installation and provide secure, flush fit without exposed screws. Valve trim only. Does not include shower head, shower arm, or rough-in valve sold separately.
