Natural Draft with Chimney Vent Boiler
U.S. Boiler's EMP (Efficient Multi-Pass) is a residential, oil-fired, chimney-vented cast iron water boiler. It has an 87.0 percent AFUE rating - making it Energy Star certified - and an 84K BTU input rating. Its 3-pass cast iron sectional design makes it an optimal replacement boiler for homes with existing chimneys. U.S. Boiler designed the EMP for ease of service with its reversible swing-away burner door, no target wall, and removable rear plates for flue passage access. The EMP also has an integral, pre-installed low water cut-off (LWCO), part of the HydroStat 3250 hydronic control system. This EMP model measures 16-5/8" long (front to back) by 22-5/8" wide by 33" high.
