This Foundations Monitor 13 Series valve trim kit uses a pressure balance valve to maintain a balanced mix of hot and cold water keep the water at a safe and consistent temperature even during changes in water pressure. The single lever handle controls the temperature only with a maximum handle rotation of 120 degrees. Field adjustable to limit handle rotation into the hot water zone. The escutcheon measures 7" in diameter. Trim kit does not include a shower head, shower arm, or the rough-in valve which are sold separately.
