Eemax designed this point-of-use SPEX4208 Non-Thermostatic Electric Tankless Water Heater to eliminate tank storage capacity, standby heat loss, and energy waste from heating a full water tank. The flow switch only activates the heater on demand, so it's 99% energy efficient. Ideal for use for hand washing, kitchen, bar, and utility sinks, a low-flow, handset shower, dual hand wash sinks, manufacturing facilities, modular buildings, and tenant spaces. It mounts directly to the wall, uses simple compression fittings to connect to one cold water line, and requires no temperature and pressure valve. The water heater reduces calcification, liming, sedimentation, and Legionella bacteria growth caused by standing water. It features an ABS-UL 94 5VA cover, a flow-restricting aerator, a replaceable nichrome cartridge insert, a high temperature limit switch, and a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi.
