Moen Commercial's line of M-Dura heavy-duty products are built to last with vandal-resistant features to help reduce a facility's maintenance costs. This Posi-Temp pressure balance valve trim features a single lever handle with a temperature indicators on the 7" diameter escutcheon. The temperature handle operates counterclockwise through a 270-degree arc with off at 6 o'clock, and the maximum hot at the 9 o'clock position, adjustable temperature limit stop, and a pressure balancing mechanism that maintains a selected discharge temperature to +/- 2 degrees. Rough-in valve is not included and sold separately.
