With exceptional strength and rigidity, this CareGiver safety grab bar is ideal for adding a secure handhold to a home bathroom, shower, or health care facility. The 90-degree angled design is designed to fit walls and shower stalls with inside corners. Made of smooth, 18-gauge 304 stainless steel tubing with a satin finish. The exclusive, Twist-Lock concealed stainless steel flange is Heliarc welded to the tube to form a single, high-strength structural unit and snaps into place for a secure, tamper-proof mounting. The three flat contact points won't mar wall surfaces and keep the bar stable without further tightening. When mounted properly, the grab bar is tested to withstand 500 lbs. of downward load. Measures 1-1/2" in diameter with 42" and 20" bar arms.
