Rapidlock Press Jaws are designed and engineered to join copper tube press fittings in high-pressure HVAC and refrigeration systems. These first-of-their-kind fittings connect quickly and easily using the RLS approved press tools and jaws, replacing the time-consuming practice of manually brazing joints.

Flame-free press tools result in a safer work environment and faster connections than use of the brazing process. The jaws crimp tubing and create more consistent and dependable connection in less time and with less effort.

This Rapidlock 7/8" Press Jaw is designed for use with the Klauke 15 kN press crimping tool.
