This 40-gallon liquid propane gas-fired water heater offers 38,000 BTU/h and has an energy efficient, eco-friendly, low NOx emission design and give you flexible venting options with long venting lengths up to 100 equivalent feet, PVC, ABS, or CPVC vent pipe options, and vertical or horizontal termination.
The tall hot water heater also features a two pipe system (one pipe pulls in outside air for combustion, and the other exhausts combustion gases) and a protective control system that disables the heater in the presence of flammable vapor accumulation, and a whisper-quiet blower to exhaust the flue gases.
The Professional Classic Power Vent water heater has a premium-grade anode rod to provide long-lasting tank protection, fights sediment buildup with the patented EverKleen system, and comes with temperature and pressure relief valves. Plus, its high altitude-compliant design is certified for use up to 10,200 feet above sea level.
